Acrylic Mixing Mediums

Mixing those mediums!
As you may have realised by now we don’t have tube for every colour. Remember the human eye can differentiate about 14 million colours and tones – that would be an awful lot of tubes!

Instead we mix and by mixing we can create an infinite variety of tones, shades and colour but how do we do it? Do we need water and if so how much, do we just mix pure paints and if so what percentages? All this and more will be answered by Tim as he continues to guide you through your journey into art.
