Acrylic Rods Hair Product | Post-Production

In this Photoshop post-production class, you’ll follow Karl step by step through his editing and retouching process as he pulls together the four shots he captured in Acrylic Rods Hair Product Shoot.

The main problem that he needs to solve is the position of the product and the supporting rods, which have moved slightly during the shoot. There are also many tricky reflections that he needs to address.

As Karl works with layer masks, curves adjustment layers, Liquify, Distort, and the lasso tool (among many others), you’ll discover and refine a range of useful Photoshop techniques that will help you to enhance your own images.

In this class:

  • Post-production techniques for product photography
  • Retouching product images in Photoshop
  • How to composite multiple images in Photoshop
  • How to use layer masks
  • Using the Liquify filter in Photoshop
  • Using Distort in Photoshop
