Fashion Shoot at the Site of the DC3 Plane Crash
In a previous chapter, Karl got some great landscape shots at the DC-3 Plane crash. This time, he wanted to try and get some fashion shots at the same location. This chapter also includes his first attempt at a levitation shot.

In the tight red skirt the model looks as if she is a stewardess who survived the air crush and is still there to signal that it is not safe to fly there. 🙂
? Not sure stewardesses dress like that anymore.
I’m sure the details of prep can be tedious, but this was exciting! For the trampoline shots, I imagine you would have the focus point in the middle of the pad, and have her try and jump straight up and down in the same location. Is this accurate?
Hi Peter, yes with these type of shots I always go with manual focus at the point where i expect the model or subject to be.
