Racing Porsche CGI (Part 5)
Building the Environment and Scene Layout – Want your car to feel grounded in a real environment? Now it’s time to start building the scene.
In this chapter of our CG Car Image Creation course, you’ll begin constructing the environment around the car. You’ll create the bend in the road, set up grassy areas and fences, and start placing major scene elements.
You’ll also learn how to use asset libraries, set up file paths correctly, and block out the scene with camera placement. A top-down reference image is saved to help plan the overall layout.
By the end of this class, you’ll have a solid environment structure ready for detailed work.
