Recently I submitted an image in the competition and went to replace it and found out that once the image is submitted it is not possible to replace it.

Yes.
One thing for the future which your team might consider.. a video category. You have the subject on your platform and the subject focus could be fashion, products or whatever, perhaps based on the eight subject categories.. maybe limit to a 10-30 second commercial.
