Project 4: One Light Still Life
This project is all about taking your time to build an image that is inspired by the 'old masters' still life of the Renaissance period.

CURRENT BRIEF
Brief Challenge – Strawberry
Create a clean, vertical image of a pristine strawberry balanced on a polished metal spoon.
- Make the strawberry the main hero, with accurate colour, sharp detail and its green top intact.
- Carefully control the lighting and reflections across both the strawberry and spoon.
- Use a clean white or subtle white-to-light-grey background.

Briefs
Working to a Brief gives you the opportunity to test your photography through real-world assignments. Each brief mirrors the direction you’d receive from a client or art director, challenging you to create with purpose and meet clear objectives. It’s a focused way to refine your approach and build confidence in delivering work to a professional standard.

Critique sessions give you the opportunity to have your photography reviewed in a professional context. By submitting your work, you’ll receive clear, constructive feedback to help you understand what’s working and what can be improved. A focused way to sharpen your eye and make more confident creative decisions.
